Bougainvillier Voyages is a Tunisian travel agency operating under a category A travel agency licence, in accordance with the Tunisian regulations in force.

Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the use of the website and the contractual relationship between Bougainvillier Voyages and its customers when booking any service (excursion, water activity, tour, accommodation, etc.). Making a booking implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Bookings and payments

Bookings can be made online through our platform or directly with our team. A booking is confirmed only once the payment, or the agreed deposit, has been received.

We accept payment by bank card (through our secure platform), by bank transfer or at our agency. All online transactions are secure and encrypted.

Cancellations and refunds

The cancellation terms that apply to each booking are clearly shown on the page of the service concerned, before you confirm anything.

Please read them carefully before validating your booking. These terms are applied strictly and without exception, whether they involve partial or full cancellation fees or a no-refund policy in the event of a no-show or early departure.

If we cancel an activity ourselves — in particular because of bad weather or force majeure — you will be offered a full refund or a new date.

Liability

Bougainvillier Voyages does everything it can to ensure the safety and comfort of participants. Our guides and local partners are trained and licensed for the activities on offer.

Customers must follow the safety instructions given before and during each activity. Bougainvillier Voyages accepts no liability if these instructions are not followed, in the event of careless behaviour, or for circumstances beyond its control.

Every participant is advised to take out travel insurance covering accidents, cancellation and medical expenses.

Accessibility & special needs

Some of our activities are suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please contact us directly before booking so that our team can look at what can be arranged, according to your needs and the practical constraints of each service.

Personal data protection

The information collected when you book is used only to process your request and to improve our services. It is never passed on to third parties. In accordance with Tunisian law no. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data by contacting us at the address given in the legal notice.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute about their interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Tunisian courts.
